1st Birthday Cake Smash – Rhode Island Wedding & Portrait Photographer

Oh I am SO behind on my blogging! My season of weddings & sessions have been crazy, on top of family activities, parties and sicknesses. Please forgive my delay. 😉 Let’s get down to some FUN business…..

I’ve been collaborating with Kristin, owner of The Cupcakerie (http://www.thecupcakerie.net). She does such AMAZING work and her cupcakes and cakes are to die for! So it wasn’t a question whom I would ask to do a cake for my son’s first birthday cake smash. 😉 As an artist, I can understand how fun it is to have full control of a vision so all I told Kristin was that I wanted fall colors (preferably leaves) on the cake. But other than that, she could do whatever she wanted. I was blown away by this cake she presented to me. It was big, beautiful and one that I couldn’t wait to photograph!
