I had the honor of watching Miss R grow up in front of my camera this past year and I always get excited for the upcoming cake smashes! Every child reacts to it differently…some LOVE it and destroy it within seconds, some are cautious or delicately eat it it bit by bit and the studio smells AMAZING with the cake and sugary frosting! 😉
Miss R’s cake smash was designed to match her nursery with pinks, greens and the owl theme. Here are a few of my favorites from her session:
I LOVE photographing maternity portraits because it shows the true beauty of a woman who is about to embark on one of the most amazing and selfless journeys that we can accomplish in one’s life….motherhood.

Miss L came to me over the summer for her newborn session. You’ll be seeing her quite a bit this year, as she is one of my many First Year Baby Plan babies! 🙂 The Baby Plans are honestly my absolute favorite because I can watch the little ones grow up right before my eyes and my lens. Miss L was a dream to photograph….I swear I could have cuddled her forever.

Miss R and her mama came to the studio over the summer and I absolutely LOVED how smiley Miss R was almost for her session. She has such a great personality that I honestly could have photographed her all day long!

The first time I photographed this beautiful couple, was for their first family portrait of the two of them with their furbaby (their adorable dog). Then we did a HUGE family portrait with their family members. And once Jillian contacted me to let me know they were expecting a baby, I was so THRILLED for them! Jillian & Paul are such a laid back and fun couple, I always love spending time with them.
