Ocean House, RI Wedding…

On August 6th, I had the honor of photographing Britney & Adam’s wedding.   Every year, while I love all of my bridal couples, there are usually one or two weddings that I just absolutely cannot wait to photograph and look forward to all year long.  THIS was THAT wedding. 

Britney & Adam are just the sweetest couple to be around, so laid back and just simply up for anything.  They truly are as beautiful as they are on the inside as they are on the outside.  But not only is this couple beautiful, every single detail of this wedding was breath-taking and well thought out.  The ceremony & reception was at the beautiful Ocean House in Watch Hill, RI.  From simple, white gerber daisies as the bouquets, to flip flops for all the guests to wear & take home, signs, unique beach table themes and the list goes on and on.  It truly was a gorgeous day to share and capture it with all their friends and family.

Britney & Adam, thank you very much!  I found it so hard to narrow down your sneak peek for your video montage so I threw out all my “rules” and put a ton of photos for you to view.  Feel free to share with all your friends & family.  Enjoy!

The *S* Family…

Oh how I’ve missed blogging.  It feels like forever since my last post.  We’ve been battling a crazy computer virus and it feels good to get back into the swing of things.

This past weekend, I met another one of my favorite families for a portrait session.  I’ve been blessed to have photographed their maternity, newborn and now their family portrait.  Mr. *C* is 9 months old and curious as could be!  I adored every minute with him and his mom & dad.

Thanks for meeting me so early, battling the sun & heat as quickly as it rose.  It was totally worth it and it was awesome to see you all again!  Here’s just a few of my faves.  Enjoy your sneak peek.  The rest will be available in about a week and a half!

Mr *O* & his family…

Little Mr. *O* and his family came into the studio yesterday and oh did my heart just melt when he opened his eyes.  He is just a little over 2 wks old and just handsome as could be!  I honestly cannot say this enough but I truly have the BEST job in the entire world.

While Mr. *O* may have had other plans in mind and was busy as could be, I had a blast with him!  It was great to meet his parents as well because his mom will be the maid of honor for one of my brides in October. 🙂  So we got to know each other a bit…and Ms. *A*, since Mr. *O* won’t be at the wedding in October, I hope you’ll have some updated photos of him (even if they are on your cell phone).  I’ll have to see how much he’s change by then. 😉

The *K* Family…

I had the pleasure of photographing the *K* family over this past weekend. The weather was absolutely perfect! I have to say, I was a little nervous going into it because we scheduled the session a little later in the evening to get that beautiful sunlight so we weren’t quite sure how the little ones were going to cooperate. But I have to say….Oh my goodness. I didn’t even have to pull any tricks out of my hat! I put my camera up and they were all smiles every time! They made my job SO easy!

Their session was a family session as well as a “My Favorite Things” theme (where each child brought their favorite item from home to be photographed). I had SUCH a blast with the K family…I swear, I could have photographed them all day long. 😉 I have a bunch of favorites so it was hard to narrow them down for the sneak peeks. For now, I’m only going to show you these. For the rest….you’ll have to wait. 😀

Tracey & Wayne…A Sneak Peek.

It was over a year ago that I first met Tracey. You photographers know…the feeling you get with a bride when you just “click”? I swear, I could have talked to Tracey for hours that day. 🙂 So you bet how thrilled I was when I knew I’d be photographing their day!

Tracey & Wayne are so easy & laid back that everything just fell right into place that day. It was picture perfect! Like I told Tracey, I never show this many photos but I simply adore them and I had such a hard time choosing…so I just picked the photos that stood out to me.
